Quality of Life has been used as a term that refers to the level of autonomy of people living with disabilities, but it can also refer to the general state of health of every other person. The quality of living depends on many factors, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep patterns, social relationships and more.
Regardless personal characteristics and background, we all deserve a better living, and therefore quality of life.
Humans are social beings and also part of nature. We need one another for social support and sense belonging and nature for basic provision and balance restoration. Open spaces can be a powerful tool for health promotion, not only because they provide opportunities to interact with nature, but also because they can help with social cohesion, support and capital.
A happier and more fullfilled life can relate to the state of wellbeing one perceives. It is important to integrate ecological and environmental values into daily life in order to have quality of living and pursue an optimal state of health and wellbeing.
The concept of 'Quality of Life' should begin with individual consciousness and public awareness. It should integrate social, personal and environmental values in attempt to define basic concepts of health and wellbeing.
The purpose of this space is to share health and wellbeing information, raise environmental awareness and respect and stimulate lifestyle changes, all to create a healthier and more sustainable society.
Welcome to the Quality of Life!
